Pearson’s Global Digital Channels and Experience team is looking for a Demand Funnel Program Owner who will be accountable for the planning, tracking, measuring and reporting on the status of the demand requests throughout the entire project development life cycle. This position will be accountable for driving delivery rigor, roadmap delivery assurance, program management process and communication with stakeholders. We need an expert with experience in tracking a multitude of requests while thinking strategically, obsessing about the details and implementing with speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the demand processat both the detail and aggregated level

Perform and progressively refine stakeholder managementto mitigate surprises

Work with the team and cross functional stakeholdersto ensure quality standards are maintained and program roadmaps are delivered on time

Maintains and manages the delivery metricsand specific metrics required for reviews and any course correction

Ensures demand request integrity and qualityby reviewing data, identifying further research, seeking explanations and assisting in refining and understanding requests

Initially reviews demand requestsand analysis forecast approval in relation to business criteria

Build and maintain strong partnershipswith product, marketing and technology

Conflict resolution and escalation managementof demand requests

Qualifications

Must Have Attributes :

  • Understanding and appreciation of software development life-cycle processes and methodologies(Eg. agile and waterfall)

  • Understanding and appreciation of Software lifecycle disciplines

  • Ability to be self-motivatedand work collaboratively with different divisions of the organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
