Pearson’s Global Digital Channels and Experience team is looking for an Ecommerce Analytics & Reporting Lead who will be accountable for the end to end tracking capabilities of our customers from web prospect to onboarded product user. You will be building dashboards and reports, generating insight and analysing key campaign data. We need a Marketing performance / insights expert with an ability to think strategically, look at the business analytically, obsess about the details and implement with speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Be theglobal marketing leadfor marketing analytics.

Increase the level of insight and data driven decision makingincluding recommendations for conversion rate optimisation.

Collaborate with campaign teams and local marketsto obtain and blend marketing and customer data to create clear insight.

Own Dashboards and reporting for our Digital centre of excellenceincluding guidance, training and building templates/frameworks for global use.

Monitor data quality,proactivelycorrecting discrepancies ensuring accuracy.

Work closely with the leadership team tohelp shape our digital strategy, understanding business needs and objectives, assisting in creating actionable plans.

Qualifications

Must Have Attributes :

Data Visualisation expert- You can articulate complex data visually, enhancing the value of the insights.

CRM familiarity- Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo & Oracle.

SQL knowledge- Limited or professional working proficiency.

Extensive experience in blending datafrom several flavours of data source

Google Analytics and BigQuery familiarity- our web analytics suite.

Ideas driven- You have the capacity to be open to new ideas and comfortable exploring areas where there are no right answers.

Demonstrable proficiency in statistics- forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.

Desirable:

Javascript knowledge -Limited or professional working proficiency.

Python knowledge- Limited or professional working proficiency.

Google qualifications/certifications -or equivalent Degree.

Familiarity withAgile working methodologies.
